The route, just less than 2km long, follows a circuit in the forest on completely natural terrain that is nevertheless very well maintained. The track is suitable for almost everyone and makes for a great practise route for runners. The exercise posts spread out along the track allow users to hone their physical fitness as well as to enhance their suppleness and agility.

Families with young children can also use the circuit as a walking trail turning the surrounding forest into their own adventure playground.
